Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Call potential customers and explain company products and offerings.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to convert enquiries into orders.
  • Share quotations, product details, catalogues, and pricing with customers.
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and customer conversations.
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams regarding order status and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Achieve daily and monthly enquiry handling and conversion targets.
