Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (with good communication skills)
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain products/services, and generate sales over calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services and generate interest
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Required Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Preferred SkillsPrior experience in telesales/BPO/telecalling
- Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
