Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) accurately.

Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

Report daily call activities and sales progress to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – as applicable].
