Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ManagementMake outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, websites, and social media platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Upsell and cross-sell products whenever possible.
- Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer retention and repeat business.
- Product KnowledgeMaintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.
- Effectively communicate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Sales OperationsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Update lead status, customer information, and sales reports regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for field sales representatives whenever required.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
- Follow-Up ManagementConduct timely follow-ups on pending quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a structured follow-up calendar to maximize conversions.
- Daily ResponsibilitiesMake 80–120 outbound calls per day (depending on business requirements).
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Update sales reports and CRM records.
- Share daily performance updates with the reporting manager.
- Track sales targets and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate internally for order execution.
