  • Collect, review, and verify client documents for visa applications
  • Ensure all documentation meets country-specific immigration guidelines (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
  • Prepare and organize complete application files for submission
  • Coordinate with counsellors and SOP writers for missing or required documents
  • Maintain proper records and documentation tracking system
  • Ensure timely submission and error-free documentation
