Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Team Manager to manage a team of Sales & Service Executives and drive solar product sales in the assigned district. The role includes team supervision, customer engagement, and ensuring smooth installation and service of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities·      Lead and manage a team of Sales & Service Executives.

·      Achieve district sales targets for solar rooftop systems and other solar products.

·      Support team members in lead generation, site visits, and customer meetings.

·      Coordinate with installation and service teams for project completion.

·      Resolve customer issues and ensure good after-sales service.

·      Report sales performance and market updates to management.

Requirements·      Diploma / Degree / Any Graduate

·      3–5 years experience in field sales (Solar/Electrical preferred)

·      Experience in team handling is an advantage

·      Good communication and leadership skills

·      Two-wheeler with valid driving license

·      Willing to travel within the district
