Commercial Sales Executive

📌 Job Description:

We are looking for a result-oriented Commercial Sales professional to drive sales in the fitness equipment manufacturing segment. The role involves business development, institutional sales, key account management, and achieving revenue targets in commercial markets.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Generate and close B2B sales (gyms, hotels, corporates, real estate, institutions, government).

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business.

• Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization.

• Participate in tenders and government/institutional bidding.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections.

• Track market trends and competitor activities.

🎯 Requirements:

• Any degree.

• 0–3 years of B2B/commercial sales experience in manufacturing industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Target-driven with proven sales track record.

• Willingness to travel.
