Sales Executive

 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Customer Handling

• Greet customers politely with a smile.
• Understand customer requirements (gold/diamond/silver, budget, occasion).
• Show products as per customer need.
• Answer customer queries patiently.
• Maintain good relationship with repeat customers.

2. Product Knowledge

• Know all jewellery designs, weights, and categories.
• Understand gold purity (22K, 18K), hallmarking, making charges.
• Be aware of daily gold rate and schemes.

3. Sales & Billing

• Explain product details clearly (weight, rate, wastage, making).
• Assist in billing process if required.
• Promote ongoing offers and schemes.
• Upsell and cross-sell (e.g., matching earrings, chains, bangles).

4. Showroom Maintenance

• Keep counters clean and organized.
• Ensure jewellery trays are arranged properly.
• Return items to correct place after showing.

5. Stock Handling

• Handle jewellery carefully.
• Assist in stock counting when required.
• Report any damaged/missing items immediately.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily sales record.
• Update customer enquiry register.
• Report daily sales performance to Manager.

7. Team Coordination

• Work with billing, stock, and manager smoothly.
• Support other staff during rush hours.
