Job Summary:

• We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to handle personal loan sales through telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining personal loan products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to complete the loan process.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate personal loan leads.
• Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan options.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
• Coordinate with the sales and processing team for document collection and loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
• Follow company policies and banking/financial service guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
