Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities in the two wheeler showroom. The candidate should handle billing, cash transactions, bank entries, customer accounts, and financial records accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions.

Handle showroom billing and invoice preparation.

Manage cash handling and bank deposits.

Record sales, purchase, and expense entries.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Maintain customer payment and finance records.

Verify stock-related accounting entries.

Coordinate with auditors and management when required.

Ensure proper filing of vouchers and documents.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting work.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Support payroll and salary processing activities.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Experience in Tally, MS Excel, and billing software.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Accuracy in data entry and report preparation.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or related degree.

Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.

Experience in automobile showroom accounts is an added advantage.
