Job Description
Account & Finance:
- Maintain daily income and expense records.
- Prepare customer invoices, receipts and payment records.
- Record ticketing and tour package payments.
- Track pending customer payments and supplier payments.
- Maintain cash, bank and digital payment transactions.
- Perform basic bank reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Assist with GST/TDS-related documentation and coordination with the accountant/CA.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers and financial documents.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly financial reports.
Travel Operations
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations and modifications.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations and tour packages.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, transfers and other travel arrangements.
- Provide visa documentation assistance and basic visa-related guidance.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and in-person communication.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
