Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle billing activities, and support overall financial processes in the automobile showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Handle cash, bank transactions, and petty cash records
• Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Prepare salary statements and employee attendance records
• Maintain purchase and sales records accurately
• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reports
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounts records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
• Experience in automobile/showroom accounting preferred
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Experience:

1 to 3 years preferred
