Area Sales Executive

About TOOZ: TOOZ is a growing clean-label food brand from Madurai. We make everyday Indian food that's quicker to cook and cleaner to eat. We're building our sales team and looking for someone who can grow our business across the city — opening new shops and building strong relationships with retailers.

What you'll do

• Own and handle sales in your assigned region - to shops, supermarkets and regional chains
• Open new retail outlets and get regular repeat orders from existing ones
• Meet your monthly sales and shop-visit targets
• Make sure products are always available and well-displayed
• Take up HoReCa, canteen, gifting and bulk-order opportunities when they come
• Share market and competitor updates with the team
• Build good, lasting relationships with shopkeepers

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years' experience in FMCG or food sales
• Good knowledge of the local Madurai market
• Someone who can both open new shops and grow existing ones
• Comfortable working on the field all day
• Own a two-wheeler and ready to travel locally
• Fluent in Tamil & basic English
• Confident, people-friendly, and focused on results
