Job Description
- Product Promotion & Education: Introducing new products and reinforcing existing ones, educating doctors and pharmacists on benefits, usage, and side effects.
- Sales and Target Achievement: Driving sales to meet or exceed targets set by the company.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring competition, tracking sales trends, and providing feedback to management regarding market demand and customer needs.
- Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensuring all promotional activities and drug information provided adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Product Availability: Ensuring products are available at local pharmacies and stockists for patient access.
- Organizing Events: Arranging and conducting medical conferences, seminars, and product presentations
