Job Title: Banking/ Loans and Credit Cards
Department: Sales / Retail Asset Products
Designation: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Madurai
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating and processing loan leads, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets for personal loans, business loans, home loans, or other financial products offered by the company. The role involves identifying customer needs, explaining loan options, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth disbursal of loans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Contact potential customers to explain loan products and eligibility criteria.
• Collect and verify necessary documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and RBI/Finance regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after loan disbursal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred in Commerce or Business)
• Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes.
• Ability to meet targets under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
