Relationship Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.
• Relevant certifications in banking or financial services preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in financial services.
• Experience in loans, banking, NBFC, or retail financial products preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Relationship Management
• Acquire new clients and build strong, longterm customer relationships.
• Manage the assigned customer portfolio and drive growth in volumes and revenue.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and solutions.
• Drive crosssell and upsell opportunities across products.
• Credit, Risk & Portfolio Management
• Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, risk norms, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquencies, and early warning signals.
• Support recovery and resolution efforts, where required.
• Service & Coordination
• Act as the single point of contact for customer queries and service resolution.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain regular interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present business MIS and performance reports.
