Job Description
Job Title: CCTV Engineer Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CCTV Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and surveillance systems. The candidate should have technical knowledge of security systems and the ability to handle on-site installations and servicing.
- Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related security systems
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable surveillance solutions
- Perform wiring, cabling, and network configuration
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV systems and related equipment
- Monitor system performance and ensure proper functioning
- Provide technical support to clients
- Maintain documentation of installations and service reports
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- 6months –3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of IP cameras, analog cameras, DVR/NVR configuration
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)
- Ability to handle tools and equipment
- Willingness to travel for on-site service
- Problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills:Experience in access control systems, biometric systems, and alarm systems
- Understanding of remote monitoring systems
- Good communication skills
