Kutty PSA Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef/Cook to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and cook South Indian, seafood, and restaurant menu items
✅ Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
✅ Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices
✅ Manage daily food preparation and stock usage
✅ Work efficiently during peak customer hours
✅ Minimize food wastage and maintain hygiene standards
Requirements
✔ Experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setup
✔ Knowledge of South Indian and non-vegetarian dishes preferred
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
✔ Team player with a positive attitude
