- Service Complaints பதிவு செய்து Technician-களுக்கு Assign செய்தல்
- Complaint Status Follow-up செய்து வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு Update தருதல்
- Service Tickets Close செய்வதற்கு Confirmation எடுத்தல்
- AMC Renewal Calls மேற்கொள்ளுதல்
- Daily Call Report தயாரித்து Manager-கிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்கல்
- ERP / WhatsApp மூலம் Service Coordination செய்தல்
- 🎓 தகுதி (Qualification)10th / 12th / Any Degree படித்தவர்கள்
- Tamil நன்றாக பேசுவது அவசியம்
- Basic English புரிதல் இருந்தால் போதும்
- நல்ல Communication Skills இருக்க வேண்டும்
- Computer / Mobile Basic Knowledge தெரிந்தவர்கள்
