Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding orders, products, and services
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information about Kaaikani products
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
