Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused sales executive focusing on onsite lead generation and responsible for identifying potential customers directly at construction sites, and infrastructure projects, engaging them, and converting these interactions into sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Onsite Lead Generation: Conduct extensive field visits to quarries and construction sites to identify new customers and projects.
• Order Booking & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to final order booking, achieving yearly sales targets.
• Lead Identification & Qualification: Identify prospect needs and qualify leads by conducting site visits and assessing equipment feasibility.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities in the field and identify market trends to update the management.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and client data in a CRM system

Key Performance Indicators {KPIs}

• Number of new customer enquiries generated per month.
• Number of onsite visits/demos performed.
• Total sales value/volume closed.
• Conversion rate of leads to orders
