Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers warmly when they enter the showroom.
  2. Guide customers to the concerned sales executive or department.
  3. Maintain visitor entry details and customer waiting records.
  4. Offer water, seating assistance, and ensure customer comfort.
  5. Handle incoming phone calls and provide basic showroom information.
  6. Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes, and events.
  7. Maintain showroom ambience, reception cleanliness, and display appearance near the entrance.
  8. Coordinate customer appointments, token systems, or queue management during rush hours.
  9. Support customer relationship activities like feedback collection and festive greetings.
  10. Communicate politely and professionally with all customers and visitors.
