Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Junior Chartered Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts department in financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, and accounting operations. The candidate will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure accurate financial records and regulatory compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingAssist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reconciliations.
• Support preparation of MIS and management reports.
• Verify accounting entries and ledger balances.
• Taxation & ComplianceAssist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and review tax working papers and returns.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and documentation.
• Support handling of tax assessments and notices.
• Audit SupportCoordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Assist in implementation of audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Inventory & Cost MonitoringAssist in jewellery inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Support periodic stock audits and verification.
• Monitor inventory valuation and discrepancy reports.
• Maintain records related to gold, diamond, and silver inventory.
• Financial AnalysisAssist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Support cash flow monitoring and fund utilization reports.
• Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
