Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead, motivate, and develop our counselling and telecalling teams. The candidate will be responsible for achieving admission targets, improving team performance, ensuring high conversion rates, and driving overall business growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Counselling and Telecalling teams.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity.
  • Conduct daily review meetings and performance tracking.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve conversion rates.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Branch Operations for lead generation and recruitment.
  • Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Develop sales strategies to improve admissions and business growth.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries and lead management.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture through motivation and accountability.
