Job Description

The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for handling high-quality lead conversion, guiding junior telecallers, and ensuring daily target achievement through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for lead conversion
  • Convert leads into admissions / appointments
  • Maintain strong follow-up process for interested candidates
  • Support and guide junior telecallers
  • Achieve daily / weekly targets
  • Maintain proper call records & CRM updates
  • Handle objections and close leads effectively
