Overview
A Site Supervisor manages on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards
- Manage and guide workers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
- Report progress, issues, and updates to project managers
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials
- Resolve on-site problems and conflicts efficiently
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
