Job Description
[Retail AC outlet Store Incharge& Executive -2 Nos
SALARY RANGE
EXPERIENCE :15k to 20 k
FRESHERS : 10k to 12 k
(Tally Knowledge Must)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store Operations Management
o Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store
o Ensure showroom standards, display, and inventory are maintained
2. Team Management & Leadership
o Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
o Monitor staff performance & assign responsibilities
3. Sales & Customer Management
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
o Handle walk-in customers, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
o Implement promotions and marketing campaigns in-store
4. Inventory & Stock Control
o Maintain stock levels and reorder products on time
o Ensure proper documentation of sales and inventory
5. Coordination & Reporting
o Coordinate with installation, service, and field teams
o Prepare reports for management on sales, performance, and inventory
6. Compliance & Standards
o Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
o Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the store

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Education: +2, Diploma / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 1–5 years in retail store management, preferably AC / Electrical / Home Appliances
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to meet sales targets consistently
• Knowledge of AC products & retail operations is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (billing, MS Excel, POS systems)
