- பணிகள்:வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு Call செய்து Follow-up செய்வது
- Incoming Calls-ஐ Professional-ஆக Handle செய்வது
- Customer Queries & Complaints-க்கு சரியான தீர்வு வழங்குவது
- Service Request & Complaint Details பதிவு செய்வது
- Appointment & Service Schedule ஒருங்கிணைத்தல்
- CRM / ERP-ல் Customer Details Update செய்வது
- WhatsApp மூலம் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் தொடர்பில் இருப்பது
- Customer Satisfaction-ஐ உறுதி செய்வது
- தகுதி:பெண்கள் மட்டும்
- 12ஆம் வகுப்பு / Any Degree
- தமிழ் கட்டாயம்; அடிப்படை ஆங்கிலம் தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்
- தெளிவான பேச்சுத்திறன் மற்றும் நல்ல Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office / ERP)
