Telecaller

Job Summary:The Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers, providing product or service information, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to achieve daily targets.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, promotions, feedback, or lead generation.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products, offers, and services clearly to customers.
• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets assigned by the management.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain professionalism and company communication standards during calls.
• Prepare daily call reports and update management regarding customer responses.

• Required Skills:
• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English/Hindi (if required).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel familiarity.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
