Aeron Composite Ltd., a leading name in the Manufacturing/Industrial sector, is seeking a skilled
Plant HR Head to oversee all HR operations at our facility in Mehsana , Gujarat.
Position Details:
- Designation: Plant HR
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR roles
- CTC : ₹55,000 - ₹80,000 per month
- Gender: Male
- Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial
- Functional Areas: Recruitment & Staffing, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Compliance & Policies, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, HR Reporting, Grievance Handling, and Team Management
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs
- Resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly
- Conduct performance appraisals and guide employee development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll processes
- Promote a safe and positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM are a plus
