Aeron Composite Ltd., a leading name in the Manufacturing/Industrial sector, is seeking a skilled

Plant HR Head to oversee all HR operations at our facility in Mehsana , Gujarat.

Position Details:

• Designation: Plant HR
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR roles
• CTC : ₹55,000 - ₹80,000 per month
• Gender: Male
• Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial
• Functional Areas: Recruitment & Staffing, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Compliance & Policies, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, HR Reporting, Grievance Handling, and Team Management

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs
• Resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly
• Conduct performance appraisals and guide employee development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll processes
• Promote a safe and positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM are a plus
