Role Description
The Sr. Sales Executive ensures that every customer receives a world-class shopping experience,
focusing on long-term relationship building, brand representation, and consistent sales growth. This role
demands product expertise, professionalism, customer service excellence, and adherence to showroom
standards. The Sr. Sales Executive also guides junior staff and contributes to maintaining inventory,
records, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Follow up with walk-out customers and track scheme payments.

9. Follow-Up & Record-Keeping
Maintain detailed customer records to support effective follow-ups.
10. Order Handling
Process and submit customer orders accurately to the order department.
Track order status until delivery is completed.
11. Knowledge Sharing (Layaway Products)
Educate customers on reserve counter (layaway) products, explaining benefits and process.
12. Stock Management
Conduct regular, shift-wise stock counts to maintain accurate inventory.
13. Leave Management
Submit leave requests in advance and update leave applications in the software.

1. Appearance
Maintain a polished, professional look at all times.
2. Male Grooming
Clean-shaven appearance (no beards).
3. Female Grooming

Complete makeup including eyeliner, mascara, eye-shadow, blusher, and lipstick.
4. Clothing
Clothes must be neat, washed, ironed, and professional.
5. Fragrance
Apply body deodorant or fragrance to maintain freshness.
6. Showroom Environment
Maintain the decorum, ambiance, and professionalism of the showroom.
7. Mobile Usage
Mobile phone usage strictly prohibited during work hours (except for official purposes).
