Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Billing Executive who can handle daily accounts, billing, balance tracking, and financial records of the company.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily billing and invoice generation
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing payments
- Track account balances and payment status
- Handle vendor and client payment entries
- Maintain proper Excel sheets for accounts and reports
- Operate billing/accounting software efficiently
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries
- Coordinate with management regarding payments and expenses
- Keep records organized and updated regularly
- Assist in GST bills, purchase entries, and basic accounting tasks
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in billing/accounting software
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Good calculation and data entry skills
- Organized and responsible working style
- Ability to manage multiple records accurately
- Preferred QualificationsB.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting background
- 1–3 years experience in accounting or billing
- Experience in Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar software preferred
- SalarySalary based on experience and skills
