Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA)
⏰ Timing: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
*📍 Location: Ludhiana- Silver Arch , Ludhiana- The Pavillion , Patiala-VRC City Multiplex Mall, Jalandar- Friends Theatres,Amritsar Trillium, Jalandar Reliance , Jalandar-MBD*
*Need Only Male Candidates*
*Night Shift : 5 PM TO 2Am*
💼 Profile: Guest Service Associate
💰 Salary (CTC): ₹16,600/-
🧾 In-hand (NTH): ₹13,400/- + ESIC + PF + Health Insurance + Cab + Service Charges + 4 Weekly Offs
📝 Job Description (GSA – Guest Service Associate)
* Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
* Assisting customers with ticketing, seating & inquiries
* Handling food & beverage counter operations
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards inside the cinema
* Managing crowd during movie shows
* Ensuring smooth guest experience throughout their visit
Eligibility:
✅ Male candidates only
✅ Age: 18–25 years
✅ Qualification: 12th/Graduation
✅ Experience: 6 months–1 year (Restaurant/Hotel background preferred)
✅ Good communication skills & fluent English
