Position description: Generate fresh Business and service existing clients
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.Sales Targets Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products or services.Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with micro-business owners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Product Presentation & Guidance: Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to prospective clients.Documentation & Onboarding: Collect necessary documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, and facilitate smooth onboarding or loan disburals.Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track competitors, and submit daily or weekly sales reports.

Strong Communication & Negotiation: Ability to persuade and build trust with small business owners.Resilience & Field Work: Willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections.
