Job Description
- Store Operations
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise; maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
- Inventory Management
- Track stock levels, prepare reports, prevent losses, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Staff Supervision
- Hire, train, and manage staff including cashiers and stockers; assign tasks and schedules.
- Customer Service
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation
- Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), invoices, and stock registers; ensure audit readiness.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
