Job Description

We are hiring a Contracts & Claims Assistant to support contract management and claims work for infrastructure/road projects. The role involves working closely with a contracts consultant on documentation, correspondence, and claim preparation for clients in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain contract documents, drawings, BOQs, and correspondence registers
  • Assist in preparing and tracking claims (Extension of Time, price escalation, variations)
  • Help draft letters, notices, and replies under guidance
  • Coordinate with site teams to collect records and supporting data
  • Maintain trackers and registers in MS Excel

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
  • Good written English and drafting ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised
