Site Supervisor – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction and interior projects, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with labor and contractors, and making sure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to approved plans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction and interior site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update management.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of work.
• Verify measurements, workmanship, and finished work before project handover.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in construction or interior site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
