Engineer

Ø Specialized and experience in Product Design of sheet metal, die casting

Ø Excellent skills in CAD Design software CATIA V5 (Primary software)

Ø Very good Knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, Stack ups

Ø Experience of BOM creation, release and management on TeamCenter

Ø Should have good knowledge & experience in designing complex products, sheet metal parts, GDC, HPDC, Ferrous castings

Ø Good knowledge of manufacturing & machining process to prepare designs

Ø Good knowledge of automotive parts product Design. Passenger/CV, Petrol/Diesel application

Ø Knowledge of emission systems, regulations will be an added advantage.

Ø Basic knowledge of CAE, CFD Vibration & Fatigue.

Ø Basic knowledge of Engines & Thermodynamics.

Ø Basic Knowledge of APQP, Project Management
