We are looking for Sales Coordinator for our client place based Manesar, Haryana. An ideal The Inside-Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing quotation follow-ups, client communication, order processing, and collecting client feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to prospective and existing clients in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain a systematic tracker for all open quotations and follow up regularly via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the technical/product team to ensure correct specifications and pricing in quotations.
- Update quote status in the CRM or sales register on a daily basis.
- Follow up on revised quotations and negotiate lead times or pricing as directed by the sales manager.
- Reach out to clients post-delivery or post-service to collect structured feedback.
- Maintain feedback records and escalate issues or complaints to the relevant departments promptly.
- Prepare monthly client satisfaction summaries for review.
- Identify recurring concerns and suggest improvements to the sales, service or operations team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports including quotation status, order conversion rate, and feedback summaries.
- Maintain records of all correspondence, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports for the management.
- Liaise between the field sales team, accounts, dispatch, and technical departments.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, or site visits as required by the sales team.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and invoice dispatch.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Prior experience in industrial products, engineering goods, or B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Basic understanding of industrial terminology and mathematics is an advantage.
- Should be B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. / Diploma in relevant field.
- Required 1-3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service (industrial/B2B preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email; exposure to CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, customer-first mindset
