Job Description
🏢 Post: Relationship Manager
🔹 Generate LAP business through field sales and DSA Connecters
🔹 Source new customers and maintain client relationships
🔹 Handle loan processing, documentation, and disbursement
🔹 Coordinate with teams for smooth operations
🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections
🎯 Candidate Profile:
✔ Graduate preferred
✔ Minimum 2+ years experience in Loan Against Property / Home Loan / Mortgage Loan / Secured Loan Sales
✔ Good communication and sales skills
✔ Field sales experience preferred
✔ Target-oriented and customer handling ability required
✔ CTC Upto 10LPA
