Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our IIoT solutions to manufacturing industries (OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers). The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing deals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in manufacturing industries
  • Promote IIoT solutions such as:
  • Production Monitoring Systems (PMS)
  • Predictive Maintenance (CBM/PdM)
  • Energy Monitoring Systems (EMS)
  • Machine Vision & Quality Inspection Systems
  • Traceability & MES Solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Understand customer requirements and propose customized Industry 4.0 solutions
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead → proposal → negotiation → closure)
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably industrial/automation/IIoT domain)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, PLC, SCADA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple business-oriented way
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in Industry 4.0 / IoT / Automation / Machine Vision
  • Knowledge of Modbus, PLC integration, or industrial protocols
  • Existing network in manufacturing companies
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead conversion rate
