About the Company
Alpha1 IT Solutions and Consulting Pvt Ltd is a Noida-based IT solutions provider specializing in hardware, IT infrastructure, Cyber Security and technology consulting for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email)
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events
• Manage company website and social media accounts
• Create marketing materials — brochures, presentations, emailers
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in IT/tech sector
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools — Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Claude/ChatGpt, etc.
