Senior Quality Engineer - Supplier Quality & New Program Launch

Senior Engineer

Having good knowledge of IATF 16949 to implement requirements at

supplier end.

 Hands on experience of developing Stamping, Machining, tubular

Casting (GDC&HPDC) & Electronics Parts commodity.

 Experience of new program launches and execute program as per

APQP requirement to keeping in mind the techno-commercial

aspects.

 Having good knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP documents and audit, MSA, SPC

and Quality Tools.

 Good capability to solve the problem by using 8D and 7QC tools.

 Having good drawing readability and understand on GD&T to have

inspection accordingly.

 Having experience of supplier audits as per ISO/TS guidelines,

supplier quality system upgradation, monitoring supplier

performance, closure of 8D as per defined timeline, ECN

implementation at supplier end.

 Provide technical guidance to the vendor’s team, resolving quality

issues, manage the kaizen activities and review process for VA/VE at

supplier to increase productivity.

 Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure

 Preferred VDA 6.3 certified

 Techno commercial skills to handle new projects from sending RFQ,

feasibility study, Project launching and development.
