Job role:-CNC/VMC Machine Operator

Experience:- 3.5 years to 6 years

Location:- Sector 8 IMT Manesar Gurugram

Salary Budget:- 25,000 to 30,000

Shift:- Rotational shift from 8am/pm to 8pm/am

Shift Hours:- 12 Hours

Supplemental Pay:- Overtime pay 4hours fixed

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines to perform various machining operations such as milling, turning, and drilling.

• Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining re quirements.

• Select and install the appropriate tooling and fixtures for machining operations.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC and VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency.

• Document production outputs and maintain accurate records of operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related fieldpreferred.

• Proven experience as a CNC/VMC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

• Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages.

• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
