Job Summary:The Loading/Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring the loading and dispatch of finished steel products. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate documentation, vehicle coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise daily loading and dispatch operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle movement for timely deliveries.
• Verify dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and LR copies.
• Ensure correct quantity, grade, size, and weight of materials are loaded.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor loading manpower and ensure efficient utilization.
• Ensure proper stacking, handling, and safe loading of steel materials.
• Maintain dispatch records, vehicle registers, and daily dispatch reports.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies during loading operations.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for smooth dispatch activities.
• Conduct daily checks on loading equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping in the loading and dispatch yard.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of dispatch and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of steel products (TMT Bars, Structural Steel, Pipes, etc.).
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
