Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Support (Service Delivery)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for Customer Support in Service Delivery to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer interactions. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to service requests
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery support to customers
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to track and fulfill service requests
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure within defined timelines
• Adhere to service delivery processes, SLAs, and quality standards
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to relevant departments
