Facility Manager

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our co-working spaces and ensure that they are well-maintained, efficiently run, and offer exceptional experience to all our members and tenants. You're the kind of person who notices the little things, thinks two steps ahead, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring the smooth functioning of all amenities.

* Supervise housekeeping, security, front office, and technical teams.

* Handle vendor management, AMC contracts, and ensure SLAs are met.

* Coordinate with IT, admin, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues quickly.

* Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are strictly followed.

* Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and monitor utility consumption.

* Manage onboarding and setup for new clients - workstations, access, orientation, etc.

* Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent member satisfaction.

* Conduct regular audits and facility checks to maintain high standards.

* Maintain asset inventories and oversee procurement of supplies when needed.

* Walk the floor regularly and spot the issues others miss.
