We are looking for a smart, disciplined, tech-friendly Operations Supervisor who can help modernize and streamline daily operations.
📌 Job Role
You will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, inventory coordination, billing discipline, staff coordination, and implementation of modern retail systems.
This is NOT a traditional “counter salesman” role.
We are looking for someone who:
likes systems and organization,
can handle responsibility,
is comfortable with computers and retail software,
and wants long-term growth.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Retail & Billing Operations
Supervise POS billing operations
Ensure smooth customer handling
Maintain billing accuracy and discipline
Inventory & Stock Management
Coordinate stock movement
Organize rack/display systems
Support barcode and labeling implementation
Monitor stock discrepancies
