Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Moham Capital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, team management experience, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Management.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Financial Services, Loans, NBFC, Banking, or related sectors will be preferred.
