Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage patient interactions while supporting administrative and financial processes. The role involves handling patient queries, coordinating claim-related activities, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing queries and providing necessary assistance.
• Verify patient eligibility for services and insurance coverage.
• Monitor and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely processing.
• Identify and escalate technical issues related to patient records, billing, or claims.
• Share balance statements with patients and explain outstanding amounts when required.
• Conduct regular payment follow-ups and maintain accurate records of collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve service efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of patient handling and customer service practices.
• Basic knowledge of claims processing and billing procedures is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or relevant software tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (Healthcare/Claims/BPO preferred).
